A B2B supplier, built around the next decision
A product and RFQ journey that brings capabilities, technical information and the next action together.
A fictional specialist component supplier serving industrial buyers. The study explores how an existing catalogue can become easier to navigate.
Current friction
Product names without use cases, difficult-to-scan specifications, inconsistent download labels and no clear route to a technical enquiry.
What we kept
Product classifications, specification fields, existing catalogue structure and the idea of technical documentation. All product information is illustrative.
What we changed
Use-case navigation, product cards, a structured specification table and a clearly placed RFQ action.
Technical approach
A responsive, working prototype with machine-readable table headers and descriptive document labels. An agent interface would be a separate step only if real stock or RFQ systems can be connected.
VISUAL DEMONSTRATION
Before. Findings. After.
Both views are intentionally constructed, working prototypes for a fictional business.

Created independently by other types. No real company commissioned or approved this work. Product and project details are illustrative. This demonstrates an approach, not client results.
