Seoul — our Korean market context

YOUR SITUATION

Start with your operational need.

Your purchasing or quality team already manages the relationship, but a specific task needs someone in Korea. We coordinate the request with you, arrange the agreed local work and report completed actions, observations and unresolved issues. Availability and any required site access are confirmed for each assignment.

THE SUPPORT

Defined deliverables and support areas.

Confirm the work, responsibilities and exclusions in writing before the project begins.

Already work with Korean suppliers? Get support with sample collection, supplier follow-ups, scheduled visits and document handling. We review the task, location and timing before agreeing what can be carried out.

  • Samples and documents: collect or arrange approved samples, coordinate domestic delivery and international dispatch, and gather documents provided by counterparties.
  • Supplier follow-ups: confirm contacts, request production or delivery updates and pass unresolved issues to your team.
  • Site visits and meetings: arrange appointments and, where feasible and authorised, attend visits, record observations and provide permitted photographs.
  • Local project tasks: coordinate approved translations, deliveries, appointments and small third-party assignments.
  • Expense records: organise receipts and compare project spending with approved limits. Any local purchasing arrangement requires prior agreement on contracting, payment and accounting.

This is operational support, not certified inspection or regulated representation. Site access, photographs and sample handling require the relevant permissions. Specialist work is agreed separately with qualified providers.

BEFORE WE START

Client prerequisites & scope boundaries.

What we need from you

  • The task, supplier city or location and preferred timing
  • Whether a supplier relationship exists and whether a visit is needed
  • Expected local costs if known; sensitive records can follow through an agreed secure channel

Outside agreed direct scope

  • Certified quality inspection, food testing, certification, customs brokerage and legal or tax representation
  • General money transfers, payment services, escrow or purchase-payment guarantees
  • Replacing your purchasing or quality team, or guaranteeing supplier performance and access to a site

FEES & PROJECT EXPENSES

Agree the fee and expense limits.

We quote for a defined assignment or a recurring support scope after reviewing the task. Samples, travel, shipping and third-party charges are agreed separately. Before any local spending, the items, approval limits, evidence and reconciliation method must be agreed. We do not provide a general payment or money-transfer service.

A FOCUSED NEXT STEP

Discuss the scope for your situation.

Describe the task, location and deadline. Include expected local costs if known. Do not send bank details or confidential supplier records.
