Information you provide
An enquiry includes your name, email, selected topic and message. Company name and website URL are optional. We record the preferred language, selected package and originating page where relevant. Technical details, timing and budget may be discussed later as needed.
Purpose and delivery
We use these details exclusively to review your enquiry, respond and discuss an appropriate scope of work. Forms are delivered securely via FormSubmit to the company email. FormSubmit processes submitted fields as part of that delivery under its own privacy policy. Initial enquiry forms never request file uploads, identity documents, bank details or account credentials.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are retained for the duration needed to handle your request and conduct agreed discussions. Contract-related correspondence may follow separate statutory retention periods. You may contact us at any time to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Where applicable, you may also contact Luxembourg’s National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
Optional analytics
GA4 is loaded only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies. We measure page views, service call-to-action interactions, case-study reading and enquiry form milestones. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, submitted message contents and full query strings are never collected as analytics parameters. You can withdraw your consent at any time via Analytics preferences in the footer.
Other providers and hosting
The website is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase. The internal administrative interface uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore; public content is generated statically at build time. External messenger links (Telegram, KakaoTalk) open independent third-party platforms subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
