A new interface does not require a new business

An established company can have good services, useful content and reliable business systems while its website makes those strengths hard to see. Before proposing a rebuild, identify which layer is actually failing: presentation, navigation, a specific journey, performance or the underlying platform.

What our own renewal kept

For other types, the legal company, Luxembourg and Seoul presence, operational services, existing articles, SvelteKit and Firebase hosting remain. The important change is the way those assets are introduced. Digital and AI transformation now has its own service path; market strategy and Korea–Europe operations have another.

What changed around those assets

The renewal separates English, Korean and French into their own URLs, replaces geography-led navigation with service-led choices and combines two enquiry implementations into one flow. These are information and interface changes. They do not require moving the business to a different CMS or rewriting every operational process.

Review constraints before committing to a scope

Inventory the content, CMS, APIs, integrations and business rules that people rely on. Check what is editable, who owns it and whether access can be provided. A frontend change can be proportionate when these foundations work; a deeper migration may be justified when they do not. Keeping a system should be an evidence-based choice, not an absolute rule.

Ask for an outcome, then identify the smallest complete change

Define what a visitor should understand and do. A service firm might need a clearer explanation and enquiry form. A supplier may need readable specifications and a technical RFQ path. Agree on the screens, technical improvements and handover before work begins. Fixed scope means an identifiable result, not simply fewer design hours.

Compare the experience with the same conditions

Our Work section records actual screenshots of the local working versions and distinguishes them from fictional concept studies. Performance comparisons use the same browser and simulated mobile settings. Those lab measurements do not establish higher conversion or guaranteed search visibility. Enquiry and search outcomes need observation after launch.
